Scuffs, marks, dated colours. Clean lines, fast dry, ready for photos.
Fixture updates
Swap out brass door handles, dated light fixtures, old cabinet hardware. Modern finishes that photograph well.
Drywall & patching
Nail holes, dings, cracks, old TV mounts. Smooth finish, paint-matched.
Deck & exterior repairs
Loose boards, wobbly railings, rotted trim. Solid and safe for showings.
Curb appeal
Front door hardware, house numbers, mailbox, planters, pressure wash walkways. First impressions count.
Inspection item fixes
Weatherstripping, caulking, door hardware, cabinet repairs, and other inspection-flagged items. Check them off the list.
